All you need is an intention and a fiancé and we can provide the rest–but we’ll count on you to let us know who to invite.

The options for a spectacular wedding in Tahoe are virtually endless. From a dinner party for close family to a three-day celebration with hundreds of guests, we’ll be with you every step of the way. Or if you prefer, we can make the arrangements and let you take over when you arrive.

Blue Sky offers options suited to the needs of your specific event and need for hands on help. We have a menu of consulting options that may include event day coordination or you may chose a more full service approach including concept options, full vendor review, selection, and management and day-of, on-site, coordination.

If you’d like we can even arrange for travel to and from Tahoe and on to a honeymoon destination. We’d also be glad to help with related events like the rehearsal dinner or a special side trip for the wedding party.

BREAKFAST BASKET
Treat yourself and your bridal party to a Breakfast Basket the morning of your wedding. The baskets will be delivered to the Groom’s room and the Bridal room at the time you request.

*All Additional Service Fees are quoted at the time of inquiry depending upon services requested ~ $95 per hour

VENDOR MANAGEMENT
• Reviews all details with vendors, including: arrival and departure times, and roles and responsibilities.
•Work flow between all parties (venues, caterer, florist, baker, musicians, rental agencies, photographer and minister)
• Reviews contracts
• Confirms with vendors

WEDDING PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION
• Assist with floor plan design, seating chart
• Create timeline/itinerary for bride and vendors
• Send the wedding day itinerary to the venue, vendors and clients
• Send pre-wedding newsletter to guests promoting wedding party events, pre-planned activities, and other Tahoe-specific “tips” for travelers
•Attend and coordinate 2 hour rehearsal
BRIDE AND GROOM SERVICES
• Schedule bride’s hair, nails, etc.
• Schedule and organize groom’s golf outing

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION
• 8 hours on wedding day
• Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
• Reserve ceremony seating
• Vendor arrival confirmation
• Coordinate Ceremony; musicians, bridal party entrance, parent seating
• Transport decorations from ceremony to reception site
• Coordinate with DJ, caterers and photographers to keep the reception flowing
• Decorate/Set-up ceremony and reception items
• Bustle wedding gown at reception
• Distribute last payments
• Create the final departure
• Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception
• Coordinate with family or Bellmen to take all belongings from the site
• Arrange for baker and floral rental item return
